Jalapeño popper anything is always a hit around here. These Jalapeño Popper Baked Wonton Cups are no exception. They're an easy appetizer that can be served warm or at room temperature, and they're perfect for any party!

Equipment

  • conventional oven
  • (2) 12-count standard muffin tin pans
  • large mixing bowl
  • tablespoon scooper

Ingredients

  • 48 wonton wrappers
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 6 slices bacon cooked until crisp
  • ¼ cup green onion diced
  • cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup pickled chilis

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray your two muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Add two overlapped wonton wrappers to each muffin tin space.
  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling. Using a tablespoon, scoop mixture into each wonton space.
  • Bake wontons for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden-brown and filling is bubbly.
  • Garnish with extra green onion.
